We are dedicated to providing high quality, safe, and nurturing care for infants, toddlers, and kindergarten. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the following positions:

CENTRE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain, monitor and ensure the overall performance of the school are on par.

  • Manage all administration, human resource and enrolment related matters.

  • Constantly report to the Managing Director about the school.

  • Making sure safe and smooth day to day operations.

  • Manage the day to day running of the centre to include coordinating the provision of a caring, safe, secure and stimulating environment, meeting the minimum requirements.

  • Proactively engage and be the Point of Contact for parents.

  • Ensure that staff comply at all times with centre policies procedures and standards including health and safety, hygiene, inclusion confidentiality.

  • Exhibit a professional attitude in dealing with fellow teachers, parents, and students.

  • Ability to utilize resources efficiently and effectively, to maximize performance and ensure financial sustainability

  • Assist in any other matters.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.

  • Experience in teaching is an added advantage.

  • A team leader with excellent communication skills with all level of people.

  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Ability to work independently, problem-solving and supervisory skills.

  • Able to adapt to change, up for challenges and possess a positive attitude.

  • Strong interpersonal and public relation skills to build a strong rapport with parents and children.

CENTRE SUPERVISOR

LEAD TEACHER

Responsibilities include:
  • Must be able to present lessons in a comprehensive manner

  • Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events

  • Build and maintain a close relationship with children and parents

  • Work closely with the other teachers in carrying out duties

  • Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children

  • Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in related filed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too

  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office ie Words, Excel and PPT

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, class management skills

  • Good in handling young children

  • Have passion, love, care and responsibility towards young children

  • Open to new ideas and feedback, comfortable with learning and using new technologies 

  • Able to work well independently as well as within a team

LEAD TEACHER

TEACHER ASSISTANT

Responsibilities include:
  • Must be able to present lessons in a comprehensive manner

  • Prepare educational in-class and outdoor activities and events

  • Build and maintain a close relationship with children and parents

  • Work closely with the other teachers in carrying out duties

  • Facilitate a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes self-directed learning

  • To take part in the events and attend training organised by the school 

  • Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in related filed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too

  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office ie Words, Excel and PPT

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, class management skills

  • Good in handling young children

  • Have passion, love, care and responsibility towards young children

TEACHER ASSISTANT

INFANT CAREGIVER

Responsibilities include:
  • Care for infants age 3 months and above

  • Prepare food for the infants and Toddler

  • Build a good relationship with children and parents

  • Plan and carry out the daily programme, development and caregiving tasks assigned

  • Observe and assess infant’s developmental growth and learning through interactive and stimulating experience.

  • Ensure that daily care routines are carried out in a manner that is prompt, hygienic, and consistent with the good child development principles including diapering, eating, napping, and transitioning between activities

  • Ensure the safety of children through constant supervision, effective arrangement of space, and proper maintenance of equipment

  • Provide experiences that promote individual expression through conversation, play, and creative interaction

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in related filed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too

  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office ie Words, Excel and PPT

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, class management skills

  • Good in handling infants

  • Have passion, love, care and responsibility towards young children

  • Open to new ideas and feedback, comfortable with learning and using new technologies 

  • Able to work well independently as well as within a team    â€‹â€‹â€‹

INFANT CAREGIVER

KITCHEN HELPER

Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare daily meals i.e. breakfast, lunch, tea time for children.

  • Work closely with the other teachers in carrying out duties

  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the school to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children

Requirements:
  • Have passion, love, care and responsibility towards young children

  • Open to new ideas and feedback, comfortable with learning and using new technologies and good energy level

  • Able to work well independently as well as within a team

  • Hardworking and able to work under pressure
